Account support does not require medical details. For general questions about how Aymon works, the FAQ and How it works page are usually the best place to start.

Deleting your account

You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@tryaymon.com from the address on your account.

Feedback

If something felt confusing, wrong, or surprisingly useful, we want to hear about it through the same support email.

Please leave medical details out of support messages

You never need to include medical details to get help with your account.

Your clinical search details are never stored on your account in the first place — they live only in your browser session and are gone once the session ends — so there is no saved search history to delete. See the Privacy page for details.
